Portfolio Overview
Dr. Anita Akpunku began her investing journey by building a direct rental portfolio that today spans 14 rental units across multiple U.S. markets. This portfolio includes a mix of small multifamily buildings and single-family rentals acquired through disciplined underwriting and strategic renovations. Many of these properties were purchased sight-unseen and renovated remotely, providing firsthand experience in long-distance investing, contractor management, tenant placement, and DSCR financing.
